From the Cradle to the Cross

We are in the Lenten season. The time between God’s wonderful gift of the cradle, and preparation of our hearts for the redemption of the cross.

There is no cross without the cradle, and there is no benefit to the cradle without the cross.

Some sermons are instructional, probably most of them. They are instructional because they are for teaching, equipping, and training us in righteousness. They are necessary for practicing our faith, and anchoring our lives in the word of God, which is not easy to do in the world that we live in today, but it never has been. 

This will not be one of those sermons. This will be a sermon of remembrance. A biblical reminder of why we worship. A message of prophesy, imagery and of rich symbolism.
